Certification path

How GLI Certification Works

From initial submission to certified mark — the four stages every game studio and platform operator goes through.

1

Pre-Submission

Identify the applicable standard(s) for your product. Prepare test materials, technical documentation, and select the jurisdiction-specific version where required.

2

Submission

Submit your product to the GLI lab — either the Las Vegas, Melbourne, or Moncton facility — along with a completed submission form and test materials.

3

Testing

GLI engineers test your product against every requirement in the applicable standard. Deficiencies are reported and retesting occurs on remediated builds.

4

Certification

GLI issues the certified mark. The certificate is submitted to the regulator as evidence of compliance. The Change Management Program governs any subsequent updates.
